Voluntary Consortium for the protection of the DOC status for the Colli Euganei
The Voluntary Consortium for the Protection of DOC Colli Euganei has been a reference point and guarantee for DOC wines since 1972. Its objective is to promote and monitor the products to ensure that consumers have Consortium wines on their tables with all the physical and sensorial qualities that are unique to the Euganean hills.
The Wine Consortium makes many services available to its members to make sure that the wines meet all the required specifications.
